Welcome to the Supersock Store

At The Supersock Store we specialize in superwash merino sock yarns handpainted in Cherry Tree Hill's signature colorways and semi solids originally developed by founder Cheryl Potter, as well as the Independent Dyers she sponsors. Many of these small Indies use the same low micron bases sold by Cherry Tree Hill, to ensure that their yarn quality matches the painstaking effort put into each limited run of special colors.

In addition to myriad sock yarns, we offer an exotic selection of luxury handknits that range from lace weight to bulky in a variety of natural fibers from around the world.

Much of the top and roving is handpicked by Cheryl Potter and custom spun at her favorite mills. You can be sure that she has her hand in the dye pot as well. It takes about a year to produce a new colorway.
